As founder and CEO of Acuite, Chris brings over 19 years of management consulting, finance, accounting and information technology experience across many industries. Prior to founding Acuite, Chris served as Oracle Corporation’s East Utility Consulting Practice Leader, worked in PricewaterhouseCoopers Oracle Consulting Practice, and delivered a wide range of client services for other consultancies. Chris has held senior management roles in the delivery of over 20 Oracle Application implementations, as well as, helped clients in their software selection initiatives. He has held various positions in financial analysis and accounting prior to his management consulting experience. Chris has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Duquesne University. He and his family reside in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Jacob E. Pultorak
Vice President/Solutions Architect, Utilities
Jake Pultorak has over 18 years of experience implementing financial applications for the Utilities industry. His implementation experience includes Gas, Electric and Pipeline companies, and spans the Distribution, Transmission and Generation/Production service lines. Jake has also participated in implementations for utility service companies and Independent Systems Operators. His focus is the use of Oracle Projects as a tool of both Operations and Finance within the utility. Jake has extensive development and implementation experience with the Plant Accounting features of Oracle Projects and Oracle Assets, including frequent integration with Work Management Systems. Prior to becoming a Principal with Acuite, Jake has held positions with Delinea Corporation, Oracle Consulting and Price Waterhouse, all dedicated to serving the utility industry and its financial applications needs. Jake has a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Cornell University. He and his family reside in Pittsburgh, PA.
Teresa N. Lussier
Senior Director, Business Development & Delivery
Teresa has over 20 years of human resources / payroll, human resource information systems, Oracle ERP and PeopleSoft HCM applications, information technology, consulting services, systems implementation, outsourcing, and staffing experience. Her extensive experience includes utility, banking, technology, trading, public sector, retail and manufacturing. Prior to Teresa becoming a Principal with Acuite, she held positions with Oracle Corporation, E*Trade, Mirant, The Associates, Trammell Crow, B2B Workforce and Dinero Solutions. Teresa holds a Bachelors degree in Economics / Finance from the University of Texas at Dallas. She has been active within the technology community for years and has been participating in OAUG, OHUG and Quest. Teresa and her family reside in Atlanta, GA
Michael A. Kaplan
Vice President, Consulting Services
Mike has been a Principal of Acuite Consulting since its inception. He has more than 15 years of experience melding his clients’ business processes to technology solutions. Mike’s experience involves planning, managing, and implementing large-scale ERP projects for Fortune 1000 companies. His expertise includes providing business management and technology advisement to clients, including project management, implementation strategy, software selection, and technology planning. Prior to joining Acuite, Mike was a Manager with Oracle Corporation’s Utility Practice and a consultant in Ernst & Young LLP’s Management Consulting Group. Mike has an M.B.A. in Finance, a B.S. in Computer Information Systems and a B.S. in Operations Management. Mike and his family live in Indianapolis, Indiana.
